My approach centers around building connections, empowering you to become the best version of your authentic self, offering compassion and staying curious about who you are from a past, present and future perspective; helping you become the author to your own story. I want you to feel seen and heard throughout our time working together. Although I welcome working with a range of client concerns, my areas of special focus include navigating body image, disordered eating, guilt/shame and perfectionism, neurodivergent struggles, identity exploration and anxiety management. I practice from an intersectional feminist, holistic style approach. Many of my clients are in the early stages of exploring their relationship with perfectionism, people-pleasing, identity, food and their bodies. I am a work-in-progress but I constantly strive to be culturally and gender affirming and responsive in my daily practice.
