I help young adults, adults, and seniors manage anxiety, substance use, depression, and daily stressors, including those related to work. My role is to support you as you navigate mental and emotional challenges, explore your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and promote healing, personal growth, and overall well-being. During our initial session, we will begin with short introductions and then delve into the specific challenges you are encountering. Depending on the circumstances, we may conduct some assessments. This will enable us to develop a personalized plan to address in subsequent sessions.
