Welcome! I specialize in working with adults who experience persistent anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, family conflict, multicultural issues, and difficulty around life transitions. More specifically, I support clients with challenges around mood, assertiveness, self-esteem, boundary-setting, “people pleasing”, frequent guilt, neglect, or just not feeling good enough. I work especially well with those who have experienced unhealthy relationship dynamics, such as emotional abuse or manipulation. My background as a first-generation Greek-American has also contributed to my knowledge of and interest in cross-cultural concerns.
