Hi! I’m so glad you’re taking steps toward living a fulfilling and empowered life. I work with individuals navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. Many feel disconnected or burdened by past pain and want to rediscover their voice and strength. I create a safe space for self-reflection and use psychoeducation to empower you in making informed, confident choices. I focus in helping neurodivergent and neurotypical people heal and reclaim their sense of self.
