Although life is constantly changing and moving, I believe that each person can achieve the life and level of happiness they desire through self-exploration and a deeper look into their experiences. I work from an experiential based, relational/attachment model to support your healing journey and to strengthen self-awareness. I use a variety of modalities through a trauma-informed perspective, including Art Therapy, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing.
