I help women rebuild structure, confidence, and self-leadership after major life transitions. My coaching focuses on executive functioning — emotional regulation, boundaries, and follow-through — to turn insight from therapy into consistent action and stability. I hold an M.A. in Business Psychology and begin my Ph.D. in Business Psychology (Consulting Track) in January 2026. My approach blends behavioral science, coaching structure, and compassionate accountability to help you move from surviving to leading your own life again.
