Throughout my training and career, I've worked with diverse populations facing various challenges, including relationship issues, identity exploration, anxiety, and life transitions. By creating an empathetic space where clients feel understood and supported, we are able to delve into unconscious patterns and unresolved conflicts that may be impacting their lives. My therapeutic style is interpersonal and collaborative. My goal as a psychodynamic therapist is to assist in reflection and exploration, to offer my honest insight and perspective when useful, and to provide a space for the myriad parts of the self to become known.
