I care deeply about creating a safe, trusting non judgemental space for you to be able to explore, reflect, have some relief and feel better. I believe in a fully collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy and will join you wherever you are in your journey. I specialize in working with children, teens and adults going through challenging/pivotal life transitions. I have a special passion for and expertise in providing care to women needing support with challenges related to parenting, pregnancy or postpartum.
