I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and co-owner of Behavioral Health & Counseling Services PLLC. I have worked in a range of therapeutic roles over the last several years before settling into private practice, including residential therapist, inpatient behavioral health case manager, correctional counseling Supervisor, and Behavioral Health Director of Grundy County. I specialize in couples counseling, family therapy, mood disorders, chronic long term mental illness, stress management, anger management, work related struggles, and life role transitions. I specialize in couples counseling and Gottman theories in practice. I utilize CBT and DBT also on a regular basis.
