I work with children, adolescents, and adults to help them overcome anxiety and stress that is interfering in their lives and happiness. Throughout treatment my approach is collaborative and caring with a healthy dose of humor. I use evidence-based approaches and work with patients in and out of the office to maximize treatment outcomes. Together I work with my patients to help them overcome the challenges and limitations in their lives caused by anxiety and stress.
