Are you ready for peace? A hallmark of my work is the quickness of the process. What is possible for you? Discover your unshakable core, replacing anxiety, depression and self criticism. Practicing in IL and in WI, and coaching globally, I work with adults who experience panic, esteem, boundary, life, relationship, or performance challenges. Together, we discover how your experience impacts you and to turn it around through the use of powerful methods, which can include hypnosis therapy, and traditional counseling. These methods are also helpful with college students and in my Peaceful Power(tm) Program.
