My belief is that if we can change the way we think, we can change the way we feel. As a relatable and intuitive therapist, my primary goal of treatment is to provide you with an exploratory environment that will facilitate you in understanding your current thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and how they affect your daily life and general sense of self. Some values that I bring to each session are transparency, exploration, curiosity, humor and novel insight. In working with me, you will be challenged, appropriately guided, and sometimes even laugh while you learn some new and interesting things about yourself.
