I work with children, teens, and adults navigating a variety of challenges, including divorce and separation, anxiety and mood disorders, and life transitions. I use a systems theory framework to bring in questions around one's varying status and identities to then zoom in on how those affect one's individual relationships and internal world. I seek to create a trusting therapeutic alliance in which we can collaborate on techniques that work for you with the assumption that you are the expert of your own life. When working with children I strive to involve the whole family in treatment to ensure consistency and teamwork.
