I work with individual adults, both men and women. Clients looking for new discoveries about themselves and seeking tools for change are a sampling of client needs that I work with. Clients will achieve greater clarity, as well as self- acceptance in our work together. I believe that we all have our own "inner healer," and I help individuals find this voice of truth inside themselves. Learning to trust this voice empowers clients to make decisions and choices that are right and true for them. Learning to release old behaviors that no longer serve creates healthy self-worth. I am happy to work by telehealth; location is not an issue.
