Everyone, at some point in their lives, faces challenges with their emotions or mental health. It's part of the human experience. I offer a safe and non-judgmental place for individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, and stress; for couples and families with communication issues or conflicts. My goal as a therapist is to support individuals, couples, or families to address and overcome emotional well-being and rebuild damaged attachment bonds.
