While therapy is not about telling people what to do, I am always actively engaged in helping my clients gain insight into themselves. My goal is to help clients remove the obstacles in their way and achieve greater happiness in themselves, their relationships, their careers, and their lives overall. I consider it an honor and privilege to work with my clients in the gratifying and life changing art and science of psychotherapy.
