I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with two decades of experience as a mental health professional. Since 2000, I have focused on psychosocial skill development and encouraging positive psychological advancement. I have worked with clients ranging from 5 to 86 years old who were seeking help with grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and other life transitions. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from North Carolina A&T State University and my Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
