About
When supporting clients in exploring their self-help goals, I believe it should be a safe space - not feel like going to the principal's office. I intentionally veer away from rigid, “textbook” methods to create a warm, conversational, and nonjudgmental session where clients can feel safe being fully themselves. I value authenticity, collaboration, and emotional honesty, and meet clients where they are without pressure or labels. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered in your healing. Together we will navigate which practice(s) best fits your needs and where these skills can be applied to help you meet your goals. With a background in Animal Assisted Interventions and American Kennel Club training, we can include for-legged friends. I am also happy to incorporate religion or spirituality into sessions at client's discretion.
