I am a bi-cultural Marriage and Family therapist who speaks both English and Mandarin fluently. My favorite approach to therapy is through a humanistic approach to build a strong therapeutic relationship and also utilize Cognitive/Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to target any areas that you would like to work on together. I'm well experienced in working with stress management, depression, anxiety, and life transition difficulties. I also have a great passion for working with couples/families. My favorite approach to therapy is CBT and Solution Focused Therapy. I enjoy exploring family origins.
