I work with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of behavioral, mood, and anxiety issues, including depression, panic, social anxiety, ADHD, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I also work with individuals to cope more effectively with life stressors and to grieve the situations that cannot be altered. The therapy process is collaborative; I listen intently to my clients symptoms and, empathically and non-judgmentally, I help them work through their pain to achieve their goals.
