My psychodynamically informed practice provides individual, family, and couples therapy. I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss, and relationship difficulties. I also have significant training in working with survivors of trauma, whether past or ongoing. My book, "Granddaughters of the Holocaust," examines the impact of trauma across generations. I believe that unspoken, unresolved themes within a family can have a crippling effect on its members.
