I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and have worked in Public Mental Health for 22 years. I have provided individuals therapy, group therapy and have counseled and provide training for couples. I have worked with adults, children and families and train staff to provide techniques that are evidenced based. In my private practice my focus is supporting Married Couples to transform their marriage so that they can build a healthy, sustainable loving relationship and I also support individuals to work toward their best selves, one day at a time one session at a time in order to last a lifetime.
