Do you rationally know your decisions are unhealthy or why certain things happen, but you can't emotionally "catch up?" I named my practice Eunioa because it means well-balanced mind. I believe that finding your balance is key, l I will meet you wherever you are in your journey and help you get where you want to be. In working with you, I bring an energetic, positive, warm, and honest approach.
