Needing space to figure out who you are & giving yourself permission to grow where you are planted is important. I support adults dealing with relationship issues, career and life changes, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, as well as trauma. I employ Eclectic therapy (including EMDR), that recognizes and centers on understanding various types of traumatic experiences affecting individuals. I assistance to individuals navigating issues concerning minority identity, immigrant values, parenting as a child of immigrants, cultural imposter syndrome, trauma and addressing mental health topics, including the associated shame and stigma.
