Postpartum looks different for all of us. Safely navigating it so that we get to enjoy the literal fruits of our labor is the goal! I desire to help moms name their feelings and process them, to minimize the “crazy” feeling and to develop tools to manage their mental as they raise a child(ren). I believe telling the birth story can be hugely cathartic. Having a safe space to unpack the mental load of motherhood and receive tools to cope can be greatly essential to the parenting experience. I hope to couple my education and experience to help moms.
