I am a modern, relevant therapist. I understand that self-care, a fad diet, a worksheet, or deep breathing is not going to fix a culture that is making us feel burned out and inadequate. I believe that you are the expert on your life and you’re probably doing a great job with what you’ve got to work with. Let’s build on the things that are realistic and relevant to you and see if there’s unnecessary stuff that’s holding you back. I have a casual, conversational style and a pragmatic way of working that includes a whole grab bag of ideas and approaches I've picked up over the past decade in community and private practice settings.
