Jonita is LGBTQIA+ affirming, utilizes emotional intelligence when working with clients and specializes in wholistic multidisciplinary approaches to achieve mental health and overall wellness. Jonita's favorite therapy modalities are experiential therapy, mindfulness based practices. She completed her undergraduate degree in Human Services from Saint Leo University and earned her Masters of Social Work with a focus on mental health and wellness from Clark Atlanta University. Jonita is also a human services board certified practioner, who wholeheartedly believes that mental health practice is what she is purposed and meant to do.
