I invite clients into a space of safety and exploration where vulnerability and embodiment are seen as gateways to healing. The core of therapy in my practice is relational. I bring my full presence to the session and invite clients to become aware of what is unfolding emotionally and physically in the here-and-now. Healing emerges through this shared contact—slowly, honestly, and with respect for each person's pace and process. My work is rooted in the belief that therapy is not only about solving problems, but about deepening connection—to self, body, story, and meaning.
