Being stuck in patterns that don't work for you can be exhausting, and sometimes just the thought of making a change can feel overwhelming. If your situation feels too heavy or seems impossible to overcome right now, you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a warm, conversational, and nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors—even ones that feel shameful or hard to say out loud. I work with adults and teens navigating life transitions, stuck patterns, depression, anxiety, addiction/substance use, and relationship challenges.
