Nizel Fernandez is a licensed mental health counselor who has been practicing since 2004. She graduated with a psychology degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, a Master's degree in Family Therapy from Universidad Catolica de Santo Domingo, and a Ph.D. in Family and community studies from Clemson University. She has completed specializations in therapeutic interventions, systemic- psych-evaluation, play therapy, and trauma-informed CPP. Nizel believes in focusing on individual strengths and accompanying clients through self-reflection in their healing process.
