Mental health is a journey. As a therapist, my focus is person centered treatment. Meaning, no two people have the same exact path. As an individual that has not only provided therapy but has also received therapy, I am able to understand the importance of allowing my clients to work at their pace and be in control of their treatment with guidance from me. My experience with various treatment modalities such as CBT, ACT, Interpersonal Resolutions, and Psychodynamic approach allows me to be able to personalize treatment based on what will work best for each individual.
