I am currently taking new clients! Starting therapy can be a big step, especially if you are anxious, stuck in repetitive thoughts or behaviors, or weighed down by self-doubt. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified School Social Worker/Adjustment Counselor with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in schools and community programs helping clients navigate anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, creating a safe space to explore challenges and build new skills.
