I have worked with the entire age/developmental spectrum, with clients who are Neurodiverse, Queer, and BIPOC, facing issues with Life Transitions, Identity, Depression, Addictions, Trauma, and Alzheimer's. I love working with any client who is seeking positive change in their life, and who is looking to develop a strong support system, with therapy as a helping hand. I work to create a comforting and safe environment for my clients to feel supported and also challenged in their own personal journey. I have a background in sports coaching and have helped people of all ages and ability levels achieve their goals for the past decade.
