If you are reading this, you probably aren’t feeling awesome. I get it. I’ve been there. Feeling lost, alone, or just stuck, combing through therapist profiles trying to find that needle in the haystack - not just a good therapist, but one who is right for me. A little about me to hopefully help you decide: My first goal in therapy is simply to connect, person to person. I want to meet you where you are, to feel and understand your world. I want you to feel like I get you. In other words, I see therapy as a place to connect, human to human.
