I have a passion for working with those who are motivated to make change and create their best versions of themselves. I work with people who are dealing with issues in their lives around anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, and men's issues. I am committed to creating a space with you where you feel safe to be able to explore all parts of you, improve your relationships with others in your life, and be more embodied. I believe in utilizing a holistic view to address not only the mind, but the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies to facilitate the path towards one’s healing and growth. I have experience using Internal Family Systems Therapy and have finished the beginning year of the Somatic Experiencing training.
