Welcome. I approach my therapeutic work with adults with the belief that the ability to change and grow is fundamental to living a meaningful, purposeful, and satisfying life. The challenges we encounter—often during times of transition—can make this process difficult and may require a supportive space and relationship in which to engage in a dynamic journey of understanding, acceptance, and transformation. I work relationally, integrating psychodynamic, narrative, dialogic, and CBT techniques to facilitate client-focused and client-driven healing.
