About
I work with thoughtful, capable people who feel weighed down by stress, uncertainty, or self-criticism and want a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. I am especially interested in working with people of color, queer and LGBTQ+ individuals, and men and women navigating demanding professional or creative lives. Many of my clients are educators, lawyers, and artists who are seeking greater balance, clarity, and self-trust while making sense of identity, relationships, and life transitions. I take an active, collaborative approach to therapy. My background includes crisis work in California and Oregon, and I completed my MSW at UC Berkeley. I draw from cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, and relational frameworks to help clients identify patterns, manage anxiety, and build resilience in daily life.
