I have 15 years of experience working with various age groups, ethnicities, and backgrounds, all the way from Elementary school age children to adults. I work with the LGBTQIA+ population as well, and pride myself on taking a non-judgemental approach with each individual that I work with. I work primarily with severe trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and body image. I am a trauma informed therapist and primarily use elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my work.
