I work with adolescents and young adults. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who are having a particularly difficult time with major life transitions, early childhood trauma and ADHD. I also work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, difficulties with relationships and individuals who are struggling with a particularly difficult period or event in their lives. Regardless of what I am helping with, my treatment begins and ends with the therapeutic relationship. My first priority in treatment is creating a safe, warm and caring environment for my client from which all other work is built on.
