My goal is to invite an environment of curiosity where you can feel able to get in touch with all parts of yourself, use your creativity, and welcome the emotions, thoughts and experiences showing up in the mind and body. Therapy offers a space of healing by being in touch with Reality- where we can acknowledge and explore both the wonders and challenges with curiosity and radical compassion. Throughout my practicum, I gained experience working with young adults, adults and families facing challenges including Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Gender Dysphoria, communication issues, and complex trauma.
