I am proud of you for taking the first steps for change.I am familiar with patients that have depression, anxiety, trauma, family/relationship issues, career issues, life cycle/life transition stressors, intimacy related issues, & a variety of other presentig issues.I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I implement solution focused brief therapy, Gottman Method, Gestalt, Gottman, CBT, Bowen Therapy, Person Centered therapy, and others.All methods I use are specifically made for each patient and I do not use a one size fits all approach. My ideal patient is ready to do the work.
