I offer honest, compassionate therapy that honors differences in culture, gender, sexuality, relationships, and life choices. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and major life transitions, with a particular focus on adults who experienced childhood or long-term abuse and now live with complex PTSD. Together, we'll process trauma, strengthen coping and emotion regulation, do inner-child and boundary work, and build communication skills. LGBTQIA+ warmly welcome.
