I am passionate about working with teens, young adults, and women to make change in their relationships, self esteem, and mental health. I help clients with processing, learning new skills, noticing patterns, listening to their concerns, and validating their feelings. Clients are often coming to me looking to shift away from making choices due to anxiety and moving toward making choices that align with their values. My work focuses on identifying goals and working toward those together, at a pace that feels comfortable for both of us. I find value in showing up as our authentic selves & living in accordance with our values. My hope is through my work with clients, they are able to create connection, increase confidence, and find their voice.
