In my practice, I assist clients in working through and coping with many different issues including addiction, grief, trauma, anxiety, and relationship/couples issues. Generally my clients are looking for assistance in improving their relationship with themselves or others, and need support in doing so. I tend to be symptom focused, working on adjusting mindset to improve what is happening with your mental health now.
