Hi, I’m Noelle. I help women who feel anxious, depleted, or unsure of themselves understand what feels off in their lives. Anxiety and depression are not flaws—they’re signals that something needs attention. You may feel disconnected from your sense of purpose, caught in self-doubt, or living by others’ expectations. Therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, listen inward, and make sense of your experiences. Together, we clarify what matters to you and identify a path forward that feels grounded, intentional, and aligned with who you are becoming. This is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and your life now. Fully. Here. My therapeutic style focuses on building insight, noticing patterns, and making shifts in thoughts and behaviors. Comfortable connection is essential. Sessions are warm and nonjudgmental with space for humor and tears when they pop up. And I do give homework assignments to put our work into real life practice for you to get the most out of this experience!
