Hi there. My name is Noelle Raymond and I am a licensed and skilled psychotherapist with several years of clinical experience. In my practice, I utilize various approaches to meet the individual needs of each client which most often include those rooted in psychodynamic, interpersonal, and existential therapy. I also incorporate CBT and DBT skills into my practice to help my clients develop coping tools to take with them outside of the therapy room. I work collaboratively with each client to help them gain clarity and perspective in order to identify their unique strengths and develop tools needed to heal from the past and grow into their most authentic selves. I am committed to fostering a safe space for clients through a trusting client-therapist relationship based on communication and compassion.
