If you are someone who wants to address mood, trauma, loss, relationships, neurological or self-related issues, Wildflowers Counseling is a good fit. I try to offer a safe, judgement-free zone to explore concerns and develop healthy coping skills. I strive to provide quality care with a focus on individual needs/goals. I find it helpful to use a client-centered, strength-based perspective in my work. I am open to collaboration with school personnel, physicians, and other designated individuals, as well.
