Providing counseling since 1986, I believe that thoroughness, expertise, and clinical competence go together with kindness, respect and approachability. Over the years I have gained diverse experience working with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, couples and family issues, life transitions, stress management, women's issues, parenting and many more areas. Change for the better is possible, even in the most trying of circumstances. I work toward achieving this with every client I see.
