I am a bilingual therapist dedicated to helping guide people along their journey toward a healthier and more fulfilled life. Everyone should feel comfortable when talking about their own personal experiences, therefore I make it my priority to ensure that they’re welcomed into a safe and judgment-free space. My goal is to assist people in overcoming and recovering from anxiety, traumatic events, loss and stressors that interfere with emotional well-being. In my experience, you don’t have to relive problematic or traumatic experiences to heal from them.
