I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in the treatment and diagnostic evaluation of adolescents and adults. My main focus is helping people develop insight and awareness into behaviors and emotions, thus leading to change in all aspects of life. I specialize in treatment of patients coping with anxieties, traumas, personality challenges, relationships, life transitions (including motherhood), identity issues, self-esteem, and overall problems of living. My goal is to work together with my patients to develop insight to foster change and movement in their lives.
